SHIPPING POLICY

It will take 3-5 working days to process the orders and once shipped, it will take further 3-7 working days to be delivered. If you have ordered several products, it may take longer to deliver the order. During busy periods, the processing time might go up to 2 weeks.

For wholesale orders, the processing time is at least 2 weeks (it might change depending upon the order quantity) and once shipped, it will take 3-7 working days to be delivered.

 

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Charges: Unmatched offers FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders of prepaid. For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees is charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout.
  • Tax and Duties: Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s taxes policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.

    If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.

    • Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

    PAYMENT POLICY

    • Worldwide shipping: We ship to 220+ destinations across the world. You can check the shipping eligibility in your city/country at the time of the order checkout.
    • Payment options: We have multiple payment options available for you to choose from – major debit & credit cards, net banking options, recognized eWallets and UPI.

    WE DON NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF ANY KIND, unless

    Damage & Issues :

    • Please inspect your order upon reception & contact us immediately(within  2 to 3 hours) at unmatched.del@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require an opening package video as a proof of an arrival damage. If the package proves to be damaged, the customer is expected to send the courier back to us at the address conveyed to them over an email. Video of the damaged courier is mandatory.

     

    CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS :

    • Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
    • Once the order is in processing status it cannot be cancelled.
    • For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please mail us on unmatched.del@gmail.com and we will try to work it out for you. Changes in the order cannot be made once shipped.
    • We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer order due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of raw materials, wrong products listing or pricing on website. In case where order are cancelled by us , we shall refund the complete amount of order in their registered Bank Account within 5-7 business days. We shall inform the Customer about the same via mail.
    • Any Cancellations of order will be charged for 2-3 % (As Payment gateway Fees)

     

    REFUND :

    • We will only be refunding the amount if the product is damaged, defective or if you have received a wrong products, for which a video proof is required.
    • No other kind of refunds will be initiated.
